Unable to Access Paid Bitbucket Account Due to 2FA Issue and Locked Support Access

Hello,

I have a paid Bitbucket account, but I am currently unable to log in due to a problem with two-step verification (2FA). The 2FA process is not working, and as a result, I am locked out of my account.

Additionally, whenever I try to contact support, the system requires me to log in first, which is impossible given my current situation. This creates a deadlock where I cannot access my paid account nor reach support through the regular process.

Please help me regain access to my account as soon as possible.

Hey @elton ,

Welcome to Community...

To reset the two-step verification settings, I would suggest you follow the page how-to-disable-reset-2fa-on-bitbucket-cloud-and-atlassian-account

As discussed on the page

  • After the 24-hour waiting period, you will receive a secondary email with the aforementioned one-time login link.
  • Please note that the recovery link will expire in 24 hours
  • Follow the instructions within the email, and you should then be able to log in to your Bitbucket Cloud account with 2FA disabled
