I have a problem with the double authentication of my account I only reset my account to deactivate it and reactivate it but it does not work I had to change my phone.

I can see that you have MFA enabled on both your Atlassian account as well as your bitbucket Cloud account - these are 2 seperate layers of authentication.
You'll need to follow this article and reset your MFA on the Atlassian account first, before resetting it on your Bitbucket Cloud account:
