Two factor email not received

Hi, I scanned qr code and entered number to the bitbucket, after that the following line appeared:

Two-step verification
You're almost ready to go!
Check your email to finish enabling two-step verification.

I didn't received any email in 3 hours. Where is the problem? I'm sure that email is right.

Is the same for me, I tried almost 10 times and no mail is received. The email is right because I´ve already received emails from the platform
