Trying to push to bitbucket repository but git return a 403 error

Hi I am trying to push to bitbucket repository but I got the following error. Can anyone enlighten me what is happening. Its not a plan problem also. Is this bitbucket bug? My git version is 2.2. It keeps asking me to create app password.
