Trying to connect bitbucket to ldap getting error

Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

 

Unable to get rid of this error.  The certificates have been installed on the server and still no connection.

Please help

Hi @Mary MacDonald,

The certificates have been installed on the server and still no connection.

Please confirm that the certificates are installed in the JVM running Bitbucket.

For example: 

$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts

Yes they are installed in the JVM running bitbucket
