Trying to clone existing repository to GitHub desktop with API tokens

Previously, Bitbucket can be easily cloned to Github Desktop using app passwords.
Now with it depreciated,
I am unable to find a way to do so using the API token.

Are there steps for this to link Bitbucket to Github Desktop? Thanks.
