Hello,
I am trying to add a new member to my workspace
I get a response that the invite has been sent, but i never get an email
I have checked the span folder

Anyone know how to fix this or who to reach out to?

Hi @paries 

I've checked all your workspaces and can't see any pending invites, there was one but it has been accepted by the user.

If there are invites I'm not aware of, please follow this article to troubleshoot notification issues:

If you still encounter problems, please raise a support ticket using your Premium workspace URL (starts with a B) as we can't troubleshoot this on a public forum:
