Trouble updating SSL certificate on BitBucket 7.21.23 on Windows

I believe I've completed all the steps.

The new cert is in keytool cacerts

I update the bitbucket.properties file with the new file and the password supplied for the new certificate.

Restarted BitBucket Data Center

This is still  BitBucket Data Center 7.21.23 on Windows ...

However, it starts with this error:

org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Protocol handler start failed

...

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Alias name [te-webserver_ise-7ab69e67-f231-43a8-b025-3dad9179d161] does not identify a key entry

So I change the alias to match what is in keytool

server.additional-connector.1.ssl.key-alias=<server>

and then the error changes to:

The cacerts is in the lib/security folder and has an alias <server> - should it be the FQDN e.g. <server>.hhsc.ca ?
