Trouble linking JIRA and Bitbucket cloud

I am trying to configure JIRA in Bitbucket settings : 

In https://bitbucket.org/account/user/matosbtp/addon-directory, I click on JIRA, then type in my JIRA instance URL, then click on "Add".

At this point all I get is an error "Redirect failed".

Am I missing something ?

Hi Nicolas, welcome to the Community!

Do you have admin permissions in that Jira instance you're trying to link? Can you confirm you've followed the instructions as per Connect Bitbucket Cloud to Jira Cloud?

Thanks for your reply.

I did.

I get the error message at the "Enter the URL for the Jira Software Cloud instance..." step.

After that, the JIRA App is eventually installed on Bitbucket, but I can't see the commits, PRs, etc on JIRA, and can't see links to JIRA issues, in Bitbucket.

Maybe this is because the Bitbucket team is matosbtp and the JIRA instance is matos-btp ? In particular, my email address is on matosbtp.com on Bitbucket and on matos-btp.com on JIRA.

To clarify the mess, I transfered my matos-btp.com JIRA instance into a brand new matosbtp.com JIRA instance.

Then I tried again to add the JIRA App in Bitbucket. The behaviour is not different :

* The app is not added

* I get the following message :

The add-on failed to be installed: Error calling installed at URL https://matosbtp.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install: 403 Client Error: for url: https://matosbtp.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install
