I've started to transfer a repository from this workspace to other workspace in my account 2 days ago and the transfer is still "in progress" even I guess it should happen almost instantly.

When a repository transfer starts, Bitbucket sends an approval link to the destination workspace admin.
To clear a stuck transfer, verify who that admin is, cancel the current attempt, and restart the process. Just coordinate with the admin ahead of time so they can watch their inbox and click the link to accept it.
Keep me posted on how it goes!
If that won't be working, we must escalate that further.

Hello! But I am the admin of the destination workspace, and I cannot find any approval emails from Bitbucket. From which account does the approval email come? And what is the content I need to look for to be sure it is not in a spam folder? How can I check to which exact email an approval was sent?

And one more detail. I have searched my email for the name of the repository in transfer and found only one old transfer request from 3 years ago

I've requested assistance from Atlassian for you. They'll likely need to restart the process from the backend.
