Hello,
I was trying to add a team member to a group in Bitbucket.
I clicked on "User Groups" and the "Add Members" button -> Added a team member's email address and selected the group
I got popup 'Invitation sent. 1 user was invited to the group', but the invitation list is empty and the team member did not receive the invitation email
I discovered in the community that his email address may be in a suppression list
How can I verify this information?
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I see you have also opened a support ticket with us as your workspace has an active subscription. I've just sent an update on the support ticket with my findings.
After further checking internally, the user is not receiving the notification due to their account being inactivated by an org admin.
One of the org admins can Reactivate the account, and you can then try to send the invitation again, which should be then successfully delivered.
