Support needed for worspace garbage collection.

My workspace is over 1GB and I've rewritten my repository history with BFG to remove large files, but I can't push because the pre-receive hook is blocking me. Can you run a garbage collection on my workspace?

I've reduced the size of your 2 biggest repo's accordingly, you should now be able to push:

• 738MB > 495MB

• 199MB > 144MB
