Stash set up

This is my first time using and setting up Stash. I have received the following prompt upon setting up with external database (Microsoft SQL Server). What could be the possible reasons for this prompt? I have checked my database configurations.

The configuration entered is not valid. A database connection could not be established. Please check your configuration and try again.

Hi Sue,

It's hard to say without seeing what the exact error is, although that message is only shown when there are connectivity problems. Do you mind raising a support ticket with your Stash logs attached?
