Starter license limits

My newly purchased license for 10 users is not working. I have 2 bitbucket admins and 8 bitbucket users, but it still says that I am above the limit for the license.

We are a small team starting out with GIT to see if it fits us, and we are currently using Jira. Could there be something there defaulting so that more users get access than they should?

The box for "Bitbucket User" is ticked for jira-administrators, but I am not able to untick it since it is greyed out.

Start with a full list of who has access - which groups are allowed to use Bitbucket?

Or do you already know that it's just "jira administrators" you want to lock out?

Yes, it was the Jira administrators list that caused it. Up and running now. Thank you Nic.
