SpringMVC Dispatcher (spring-startup) fails bitbucket migration to new host

[softrixtech]

I followed Atlassian guide to migrate bitbucket from one host to another. 

1) Installed a new instance of bitbucket 5.14.1 on ubuntu

2) Transferred database and HOME Directory from old host to new host.

3) Started Bitbucket but it gives below error.

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

• SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Logs from /var/atlassian/application-data/bitbucket/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log are below
