Sourcetree setup - unable to login to Bitbucket server

We run Bitbucket server on https://bitbucket.domain.com.
I'm able to login on the server directly, but when I try to add the account to SourceTree it's not able to connect "with my credentials".
In the screenshots below you can see I try with the HTTPS protocol, but I get the same error when trying the SSH protocol.

What can the issue be?

There is a known issue with Bitbucket Server's API that prevents login via usernames with a "@" in it. Our team is currently investigating a workaround and will adopt accordingly once it's tested out.

Is this still happening? Cause I cannot login to sourcetree... Unfathomable that one app you make doesn't work with another that it is made by design to be used with
