Hi support,

I get this error, and below is the path

Something went wrong

Wait a few moments, then try again. If this keeps happening, check the current operational status of Bitbucket Cloud at bitbucket.status.atlassian.com

If the problem persists, contact Support and include the code displayed above, if one is provided.

Hi Ahed and welcome to the community!

I checked the code in our system but I don't see any events related to it.

Is the issue reproducible on different browsers, on an Incognito/Private window and also by other users who have access to the repo?

If so, then I suggest creating a ticket with the support team for further investigation. We need a support ticket in order to be able to access your repo and investigate.

You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. When you are asked to provide the workspace URL, please make sure you enter the URL of the workspace that is on a paid billing plan to proceed with ticket creation.

Just a heads up, I removed the repo URL from your post to protect your privacy.

Kind regards,
Theodora
