Hi,
I'm having an issue similar to this one -- my ssh key has been added to a project (or user) and I'm unable to figure out which one it is. I only have 2 accounts (one work related, one personal).
Tried reaching out to support to provide the key and have it removed but it redirects me to community support.
I've also tried ssh -T git@bitbucket.org but all I get is:
```
authenticated via ssh key.
You can use git to connect to Bitbucket. Shell access is disabled
```
With no mention of the username.
Could you help me out?
Bests,
T
Hi @TaiSHiNet and welcome to the community!
I created a support ticket for you for this issue, using the email of your community account. You should have received an email with a link to the support ticket (in case you haven't, please feel free to let me know and I can post the ticket URL here).
I would like to ask if you could please leave a comment in the support ticket and post there the public SSH key you are trying to add.
The support engineer working on your ticket can then check which account or repo(s) this key is associated with and let you know.
If you have admin access to the account or repo(s) this key is added to, you will be able to remove the SSH key yourself. If you don't have admin access, you can ask the account owner or another admin of the repo(s) to remove the SSH key.
If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know!
Kind regards,
Theodora
