Snyk not loading anymore

When I go to the Snyk integration in BitBucket, it is suddenly not showing vulnerabilities anymore, but loading forever.

Can someone help me to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to Community.

In order to rule out possible browser cache issues, I would suggest trying to access bitbucket.org in an Incognito window and then trying to load the Snyk integration page. If that works, there's likely some local browser issue that may be resolved by clearing the cache of your browser.

However, if you still face the issue in Incognito mode, based on a similar error in the past, reintegrating Snyk usually solves the issue. 

For that, you can uninstall snyk by navigating to Workspace Settings > Installed Apps and removing the Snyk entry from the list.

Once it's removed from the workspace, you can install it again from the page Workspace Settings > Marketplace, and check if now the integration loads.

If even after the reinstall you are still facing the issue, I would suggest submitting a ticket to Snyk's support as they are the developers and maintainers of this integration.
