If I go to bitbucket.org and click to sign in, I am signed in to my Atlassian account, and redirected to home.atlassian.com. If I go back to bitbucket.org, I am not signed in, and if I click to "Sign in" it repeats the process. Somebody from another organization says that they were able to give me access to a repo on bitbucket (presumably with my email address which is associated with my Atlassian account.

What needs to happen to be able to log in to Bitbucket?

Hey @Andrew Carnahan

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried accessing Bitbucket using a different web browser or an incognito/private window to check if the redirection issue is browser-specific or cache-related?

If Bitbucket works in incognito mode or a different browser, the issue is likely with your current browser. In that case, please try:

  • Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Disabling any recently installed or enabled browser extensions/add-ons that might interfere with login

Please give that a try and let me know the results.

Regards,

Hi @Andrew Carnahan ,

I suggest yo to try in a incognito window or a totally different browser (chrome/Firefox/edge etc).
When you are redirected to https://home.atlassian.com/, click on Bitbucket icon on the home page. This will redirect to  https://bitbucket.org/<yourname>/ you can find the repos in it.
