Sharing private repo via the same source link (npm usage)

Hello!
I've got a problem connected with using bitbucket. 
I work in the team, where we make reusable shearable modules so to install them in the further using 'npm install ...'

The problem is that to get access to the repo each member of the team should put own username like 

npm install --save https://<USERNAME>@bitbucket.org/<team>/<repo>

Is there a way to make the universal link (using some team token or password or...)?
