Is there a way to send a direct message to slack user when he is requested to review a pull request?

Hello Wagde and welcome to the Community!

Using Bitbucket together with Slack brings in a lot of additional functionality. One of the features the integration discusses is a “nudge” feature which performs a notification on “outstanding reviewers on your pull requests.” More about this integration and setup may be found at Bitbucket Cloud for Slack.
