I'm looking for help with Rovo Dev for building PR Summaries / reviews.
I've enabled the system and enabled it on the repo. I've even added a .MD file in the needed directory. But every time I press the button, it simply gives me a generic "It didn't work" message and points me to a static help page.
Is anyone else having this problem? Any idea how I can get support on this?
You'll need to follow the steps in our documentation to ensure that Rovo is properly enabled from a configuration perspective and includes users in the access group (I can see you don't have any rovo-specific user groups configured in your org):
You'll then need to toggle GitHub/Bitbucket under the Features heading from within your JIRA site settings:
https://yourjirasite.atlassian.net/rovodev/site-settings
If you still encounter issues - please raise a support ticket with our support team, as we won't be able to assist you effectively in community without access to your instance/JIRA site:
If you encounter issues raising a ticket, please let me know your timezone so we can raise one on your behalf with the team who operates within your working hours.
Cheers!

I am using this in our repos in the pipeline set up. It was doing it automagically during the beta. I know notice there is a "Review Code" It seems you need to enabled Rovo Dev and make sure that you have credits.
A workspace admin needs to finish setting up Rovo Dev. How to activate code reviews
I know that we didn't have it turned back on after it went GA. Follow the link. Make sure your licensed for Rov Dev.

I have admin powers in this workspace and I feel like I've taken all of the needed steps.
Do you know any way to get any actual support from Atlassian for this?
I'm going to try the CLI next, I suppose, but it would be nice if the button worked.

Can you check one more thing for me from Admin Console? Check to see if you have subscription of Rov-dev. I believe if you run out of credits it will also do this to you.
This recently went GA and on beta it was working. If there isn't a subscription I am sure this could be an effect of that.
