Restrict user from pushing document / binary files into the repository

As a Bitbucket Administrator, I want to maintain only source code in the all repositories and not any binaries / document/ pdf  files. Is there any way to restrict user from pushing non source code files to Bitbucket server.

With the Better Commit Policy app, you can enforce rules on changed files, commits, tags, branches, committers, etc.

One of the rule allows you to match regexes to the changed files. For example, it is possible to accept nothing else but modifications on *.java and *.xml files. We use it in production with great success for many years.
