My account was registered to email that can't receive new messages any more. When I try to sign in I can't provide OTP sent to that email. What are other options to sign in?

If you have access to a recovery key, you could use that to gain access to your account.
If you don't, unfortunately, the only way to regain access is to find a way to recover the ability to send messages to the email you're registered with. It's a mandatory security measure in place.

Community users can't restore accounts with inaccessible emails.
If this is an organization-managed account, contact your admin for help. Otherwise, you'll need to reach out to Atlassian Support directly to verify ownership and update your email.
Before doing so, check if you're still logged in on another device or have an emergency recovery key. For your security, please don't post private account or repository details here, only share them inside your official support ticket.
