Rest API issue with Pull Request Notifier for Bitbucket

I am creating Pull Request Notifier triggers using rest api.

I get the success response code when posted, but when I check it on repository settings UI, i dont see them in triggers dropdown list.

I am able to get this triggers using its uuid using REST.

What could be the issue.
