May I know what happens when you access the workspace URL directly? Do you get any HTTP errors in the browser console?
I would also advise checking the list of workspaces you have access to by clicking your avatar > All Workspaces.

Check if you have permission to the workspace-
Click your avatar (bottom-left) → All Workspaces
