I am requesting assistance with updating the email address associated with my Atlassian account.
Current (old) email address:

Requested new email address:

I am still employed by the same company; however, my company email system has changed and the old email account has been permanently decommissioned.
As a result, I can no longer receive verification codes sent to the old email address and I am unable to access my Bitbucket account.
The account is actively used for company projects and repositories.
Examples of repositories associated with this account:

I can provide supporting documents such as a business card, proof of employment, and evidence of my current company email address if required.
Please let me know what additional information is needed to verify my identity and update the email address associated with my Atlassian account.

I've requested assist from Atlassian support engineer, they will be in touch in next 2-3 business days.
