Repository size not reduced after large file removal

I ran the procedure documented here https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/reduce-repository-size/ in fact when i clone the repo i can see the new size but i cannot see the change in the bitbucket cloud. i have to run the same procedure to few repo in my workspace but i started with one with 2G but it still on 2GB.

I've manually triggered a Git GC on what I believe is the affected repository, but the size appears to be the same after it completes. To further assist you, could you please raise a support ticket through our support portal?
