I am unable to invite a coworker to our repository. I have checked the email settings three times, and she even received emails from Atlassian recently to activate her account.
She needs to access the repositories to start working as a developer, but we haven't been successful.
Our IT department confirmed that there are no filters or blocks. We use Microsoft 365 email.
How can I resolve this?

I have checked the affected user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations) - hence why they've not been able to receive these.
