Well the headline says it all really. I used to have a number (about 20) of repos under this account. All very important to me. they now seem to have all disappeared. Ok, they have not been used for a while (a couple of year perhaps), but I still need them!
I'd be prepared to pay for a commercial account if this was needed to have them reinstated and keep them going.
Please can you advise ASAP! I see there is an upcoming deletion scheduled to take place and I really really do not want to lose years worth of work!!
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Hi @Racketware
In addition to the answers posted above, I'd also suggest checking your git remote config against your local repositories to verify the workspaceID and determine if it's the same as the one you currently have access to against your account:
I'd also suggest attempting to log in to Bitbucket Cloud with any other email addresses you may have used in the past.
Cheers!
- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
I did this and got:
$ git remote -vvv
origin https://[REDACTED]@bitbucket.org/[REDACTED]/analysis.git (fetch)
origin https://[REDACTED]@bitbucket.org/[REDACTED]/analysis.git (push)
Also in sourcetree I see all my repos listed in the "Remote Repositories" section. And it looks like i can actually clone them too. It clones from:
https://[REDACTED]@bitbucket.org/[REDACTED]/<my repo>.git
So I'm sure I'm doing something stupid with the web login as they are simply not listed there. My login URL is:
https://bitbucket.org/[REDACTED]/workspace/overview/

Apologies - I have found them hidden away under "Projects"! Thanks for the help.

@Racketware welcome to the Atlassian community
In addition to what @Trudy Claspill shared a few years back Atlassian removed Mercurial repos, because they sunseted support for Mercurial. However, if your repositories were Git and not Mercurial, they would not be removed.
Navigation in Bitbucket Cloud has probably changed since you last logged in as well, so now every time you access bitbucket.org you will be redirected to the last workspace you visited, excluding your personal workspace.
Can you please try the following:
This page will list all workspaces your account has access to. In order to view the repositories that belong to each workspace, open each workspace in a new tab and then select Repositories from the menu at the top.
Can you find your repos this way?

Many thanks for your time and help. I tried this. It just took me back to a single repo - the only one that seems to be remaining. None of the other are listed. I should add it also says in a yellow banner at the top "Your workspace has exceeded the 1 GB limit and has been placed in read-only mode. Learn more about upgrading your plan and checking storage usage". Could this be a factor?

Ah! it looks like they may all be hidden under "Projects". If I select "projects" I see a list and under each of these are repos! So they are all still there - many thanks for your help in any case.
Now I just need to make sure that they are not deleted on the 15th!!
