I am having trouble cloning or downloading repo, what are my options?

Could you please let us know:

• Are you cloning the repo via HTTPS or via SSH?
• What is the full output of the clone command?
• Are you trying to clone from a terminal or are you using a Git GUI client?

You also mentioned issues downloading the repo.

• Are you trying to download the repo's source code from browser, from the Downloads page of the repo located here https://bitbucket.org/workspace-id/repo/downloads/?
• What is the exact error/issue you encounter when you try to download the repo?
