I forgot recovery code, so asked to send recovery email 3 days ago, but could't receive it.
1. Asked to send recovery email and got recovery step guidance email at May 15th, 8:17 KST.
2. Since then, no one-time login link was sent.
I'm using two-step verification using SMS(Authy). I formatted my phone so all data of Authy is removed. Because of this I cannot login to bitbucket. (I also forgot recovery key)
it appears that our company's email system filters certain patterns of email IDs, which caused the recovery email to be blocked.
Our IT department has agreed to temporarily lift the filter for me, and i finally got the mail
