Pull Request Files Diff view UI issue

I am observing UI issue where Pull Reuest Files Diff view is behaving wiierd for some Pull Requests.

Symptoms:

When I try to collapse the tree view, it keeps expanding by itself and also unable to scroll horizontally.

This is against 5.2 version.

Hey Saif,

I tried to reproduce your issue and I could not do so. Additionally, your diff navigation looks slightly different than my 5.2 instance. To start you have open and closed bullet points to the left of your files and folders and dashes after the expanded folders. 

Do you have any plugins installed that interacts with pull requests?

Did this happen after upgrading to 5.2? 

Does this occur on any other users machine?

Does this occur in a different web browser?
