Public Repo Contains dump of PII

There is a public repo that contains detailed PII:

- Full names

- Email addresses

- Passwords

- Phone numbers

of  both my information as well many many other people, to not further spread this information i'd like support to get in contact with me to share the repo link.  I've sent an email to the abuse@ address for atlassian, as well as the owner of the repo: with no response.

Please help me get this removed.
