Hi @Fabio Mamonjy and welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Were your repositories deleted because of inactivity? Recently, there were a lot of comments about it. As @Gor Greyan said, it's better to raise a ticket for support; maybe Atlassian Support will be able to help you: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

In any case, it's always better to have a backup of your Jira and Bitbucket data. Having a backup copy, you always have the possibility to restore your important Jira and Bitbucket data. It can be built-in Atlassian options - import/export possibilities for Jira and Bitbucket, - or third-party tools, GitProtect for Jira and Bitbucket.

Hi @Fabio Mamonjy
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It sounds like you might’ve lost access due to a permission or workspace change. A few things you can try:

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the right Atlassian account (especially if your company uses SSO).

  • Check with your Jira or Bitbucket admin — they can confirm if your access or role changed.

  • If the project or repos were moved or deleted, the admin can also restore or share the new links.

  • Try logging out and back in, or clearing your browser cache — sometimes it’s just a session issue.

If none of that helps, reach out to Atlassian support and share your project/repo URLs — they’ll be able to check on the backend.
