Process for maintaining active free workspace?

I logged in to my workspace but could not find the "Reactivate Workspace" option described the in the email message I received.  Can you please tell me where it is located?  I then went to my repository and added a description.  Does this action automatically reactivate the workspace?  Thanks!

How long ago did you receive the email?

What is the exact content of the email? Please obscure confidential information as this is a public forum that anybody can access.

Where is the “Reactivate workspace” button and when does it appear?

You will only see a “Reactivate workspace” option after January 15, 2026 if your workspace was deactivated . Any actively used workspace will remain active and will never see the “Reactivate workspace” option, since it is not applicable to them.
