We don't control the Debian servers. You'd need to ask Debian.

Thanks for your reply. I have changed PHP Docket version. 

Now the push was successful but not reflecting in server.

Kindly advice to fix. And also, is it possible to have the old debain for our account ?

Debian moved packages for Jessie, so old apt paths no longer work. You will either need to add a step to update the sources list, or switch to a new Docker image that isn't based on Jessie.
