I have two-factor authentication set up.
Now I get an error message every time I enter the code and I can no longer access my account.

You should be able to start the reset of your two-factor authentication through the login screen by selecting the option Forgot Code.
It's important to note that you can enable 2FA at your atlassian account level, and also at the bitbucket account, so you may have more than one layer of 2FA enabled. For instructions on how to identify which is the layer and steps to reset it, the following article might be useful:
