Possible to remove Repo from a project?

Evening all, first post!

So, title pretty much says it all. I want to move a repo from a project and and no longer store it in any project. I don't want to delete it however.

Is this possible?

Hi David! Welcome to the Community :)

You can transfer it to another account, but you won't be able to keep it in the same Team account as all repos in a team account are required to belong to a project. You can see that when you try to create a new repo in a team account the project name is a required field.
