Hello.
My name is Vladimir Shterngartz.
I had been working with Bitbucket repository approximately from 2016 until end of 2019, when my computer had been broken.
Due to different circumstances I restarted my work only recently in 2021.
I have a new computer and wanted to restart my work on my project.
Unfortunately when my computer had broken, I didn't have current copy of my project on USB. I try to restore my project from USB, but it gives me many errors.
The best option to get my last version of the project - get it from Bitbucket repository, where I was doing commit regularly after any changes in project.
I very much want to reach my account at Bitbucket, but it seems as I can't do that.
Recently I have sent my URL on BitBitbucket for Attlassian customer support service.
Lorilee from Attlassian Customer Advocates Team confirmed, that I still have my workspace with Bitbucket.
Lorilee explained me that, because I am on Free plan, only people from Community may help me.
Please advise me - how I may get access to my former account.
Sincerely,
Vladimir

Hi, @VladShtern! Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I checked the Bitbucket Cloud account linked to the email you mentioned here and confirmed that it is active and has 2 repositories available there. In this case, you should be able to access it by following the next steps:
Access https://bitbucket.org/ > Go to Log in;
Inform your email address;
In case you don’t remember your password, you can reset it through this link:
In case you are facing any issues during this process, please let me know the error message, so I can further investigate this case. Feel free to add a screenshot here if you want.
I hope this helps, but do let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Caroline
