Pipelines are sometimes very slow or don't run

Recently, we've been seen a lot of "We are having a problem" yellow warning banners while running a pipeline from our docker. Also, we do a git push from local to Bitbucket and the pipeline doesn't get kicked off sometimes. I've also had it happen where I decide to run the pipeline manually on Bitbucket dashboard, and then a previous push finally kicks of the pipeline so we have two running.

Anyone else experiencing issues with pipelines in recent days?
