Pipeline stuck on "queued"

We have pipelines to build the automactically and to deploy with the manual trigger to respective servers. Now the deploy step takes forever to run and only showing queued whereas the build steps is working fine.

This isn't something we can troubleshoot in community, as we require a support ticket to grant ourselves access to your workspace and check the build logs/environment. Can you please raise a ticket using your paid workspace URL?
