Pipeline self hosted runners

We have docker runners on our own servers that have ONLINE status
but bitbucket pipeline steps are still queued for long
They are v5

We found the issue, so basically the problem was in runner version 5.6.0,
when we downgrade to old used version 3.33.0 it starts to work. 

We would be glad if the problem is solved to new version so we can upgrade

we upgraded because here it's mentioned that v3 is unsupported
