Pathetic experience like every month we are raising the issue to the team then after we are paying the amount.

It appears that we are getting some payment errors when trying to process using the credit card provided.
Since this is frequently happening, I'd highly recommend checking this with your bank to see if they can continue to allow the payment processing in a regular basis.
