Hi, welcome to the Community!

If my understanding is correct, you signed up with Bitbucket Cloud using your Google account, and are now trying to clone a repository from Sourcetree.

You said you already tried your Google password but it didn't work, what happened exactly? Did you get an error message? Was the page loading forever?

To help us troubleshoot this issue, please send us more info:

  1. Are you using Sourcetree for Windows or for Mac?
  2. If on Windows, is Internet Explorer updated to the latest version? (Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication)
  3. Can you send a screenshot of what happens when you enter your Google password?

Kind regards,

Ana

Hello Ana,

I solved the problem. I reset bitbucket account's password, and it works!

My problem was...

I accessed the pull procedure in Sourcetree and the Password Required dialog box popped out over and over again while I use my google account's password.

Sourcetree pwd required.png

I though it was right...because when I registered bitbucket account by my google account, I don't remember I set any password at that time. All what  I did just select login with google and it asked for my google account's password.

Anyway, I can work with Sourcetree proper now :)

Thanks~
