PR ignoring new commits

Hi,

for about one or two weeeks our team is having trouble with PR with new commits. For example I have PR with some conflicts.

Previously: I just solved the conflicts, commited and pushed and when I check that PR, the conflict were solved and the PR saw that new commit.

Now (for about 1 or 2 last weeks): I solve conflict, commit and push but the PR is still same, like there is no new commit. But when I try to create new PR from the same branch like the first PR was, then the new PR see that new commit and conflicts are solved. 

Why are the PRs ignoring newer commits? Is taht some new feature or bug?

Having the same type of error. Very annoying.
