I submitted a 2FA recovery request and received a one-time login email. However, when I clicked the link, I was still asked to enter my two-step verification code (It was my first time clicking the link and I clicked it as soon as I got the Email!!!). I wasn’t redirected to reset 2FA or access my account. The link seems to have failed or expired unexpectedly.
Could you please reissue a working one-time login or help me reset 2FA? I'm currently locked out of Bitbucket and unable to access my projects.
Also there's no way for me to raise a ticket or contact support because it requires me to login first.
The account I’m trying to access is: Shaima.Obeidat@globitel.com (my work Bitbucket account).
This request is coming from another account because I’m completely locked out of the one that needs recovery.

I can see you have 2FA enabled on both your Atlassian account and Bitbucket Cloud account, so it's likely that one of the two is blocking you from proceeding.
