Not receiving forgot code recovery email.

Trying to recover my account but unfortunately I lost my recovery codes. Click on the forgot code link and I send the recovery email and I got only mail named "[Bitbucket] Recovery request received". I couldn't receive recovery mail please help

Hi @김재석 

When resetting 2FA, there is a 24 hour waiting period before receiving a recovery link. This is a normal part of the security process to prevent abuse of this recovery method.

I can see that a 2FA recovery email was sent 19 hours ago, and your 2FA is now disabled. In the future - this article is helpful for explaining the process:
