Not receiving forgot code recovery email.

Trying to recover my account but unfortunately I lost my recovery codes. Click on the forgot code link and I send the recovery email but I do not get the email at all.

Hello @LouisFvanWyk 

This is because your email was added to the suppression list by the Atlassian.

You need to raise a request for Atlassian and ask them to remove you from the suppression list.

Out of interest, how do you know that my email address is on the suppression list?

Can you point me to where I should raise this request?

I know because there were a lot requests before regarding the issue that you are having, where other people had the same issue. 

And of course, you can raise your request here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Make sure that you select the category of Technical issues.

Hi @Nikola Perisic , I have a similar problem, and nobody answers me, I need to renew my licenses, because they expire on the 15th, and I have no response from support, could you please help me.
